On January 30, 2012, ABGL Attorney James Versocki testified before the New York City Council on the necessity for transparency at the NYC Department of Housing & Preservation.  James' testimony focused on the need for public access to contracting information to assist workers who are being underpaid on HPD contracts or supervised projects.

ABGL attorneys have previously drafted new legislation on wage issues impacting workers and testified before both New York State and New York City legislatures to effect appropriate and necessary changes.
