Jules B. Levine is a member of Archer, Byington, Glennon & Levine, LLP. His practice includes the areas of ERISA Benefit Funds, as well as corporate, insurance and real estate law. Mr. Levine was formerly counsel to Citizen's Life Insurance Company of New York, and was engaged in practice with the law firm of Friedlander, Gaines, Cohen, Rosenthal & Rosenberg for over eighteen years. This firm specialized in Taft-Hartley employee benefit funds, both pre- and post-ERISA and insurance. Mr. Levine is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association's Employee Benefits Committee. A frequent lecturer and advisor, Mr. Levine is a noted expert on ERISA and represents a number of Taft-Hartley employee benefit funds. |
