Resi Cooper is a senior communication specialist providing strategic counsel to political and corporate clients.

For the past 7 years, Ms. Cooper worked for Senator Hillary Clinton both in the Senate office as Regional Director and in the Senate campaign as Statewide Political Director.

Ms. Cooper has extensive experience overseeing strategic planning and creative development for integrated communications campaigns, including public policy, statewide and national elections, corporate advocacy efforts and public education campaigns.

Ms Cooper has worked with the leadership of a variety of organizations to develop and implement internal and external campaigns. These include community coalition building as well as internal communication, leadership speeches, direct mail campaigns, and event development. She has worked with a diverse group of organizations , from labor and non-profits to corporations.

Ms. Cooper has led and utilized quantitative and qualitative research projects on an array of issues for corporations, political candidates, labor organizations, major foundations, and non-profit organizations. Ms. Cooper provides a wealth of public opinion research expertise on policy and advocacy issues.

Ms. Cooper's clients have included Broadwater Energy - a joint venture between TransCanda and Shell, Hillary Clinton For President 2008, the Baughman Company and various labor organizations.
